Honest answers.
Does the AI rewrite scripture?
No. The AI only chooses which verse to surface. The text comes verbatim from public-domain or freely-licensed translations bundled inside the app. We’d rather ship five honest translations than let a model paraphrase one.
What translations are included?
King James Version (KJV), Berean Standard Bible (BSB), Reina-Valera 1909 (Spanish), Almeida (Brazilian Portuguese), and Ang Biblia (Tagalog). All ship offline.
Do my prayers leave the device?
Short summaries of your most recent prayers (up to three) are sent to our backend so the AI can pick verses that actually fit. Older prayers stay on the device. You can delete prayers anytime in the app.
Will it work without internet?
The whole Bible is bundled, so reading and the widget keep working offline. The AI personalization step needs a connection — once it runs, the next 12 verses queue up locally.
Is there an Android version?
Not yet. The app is built around iOS lock-screen and home-screen widgets, which don’t have a clean Android equivalent. We’ll revisit if there’s real demand.
